Immigration, Deportation & the $6 Billion Legal Battlefield
The World against Trump – the global Trump Derangement Syndrome, a political slang , not a medical condition, but close. Assuming everything Trump does is malicious, disastrous, illegal, and polarizing is the media's prerogative, to the detriment of democracy and the common good. This begs the question: what are the narratives and consequences? Let's examine the so-called Western values , a definition you could certainly argue has been "changing" over the last 50 years. Individual liberties, with all their flaws, have transformed through social movements into power structures. Social media and communication channels now propel minorities into dominant opinion and demographic channels, culminating in so-called social democratic structures. If you know the Communist Manifesto, this resembles a communist-aligned society, and as Stalin realized, such a society cannot be governed as a democracy. Let's examine some of Trump's policies and the objections from liberals:
Immigration: If you are the party of resistance, you prefer immigration to keep costs (wages) down while playing the moralist fiddle and ignoring the fact that some countries send us many bad actors. Deportations are not always to the taste of humanity but have an upside in combating human and drug trafficking—morality over country? Or simply racist motives ? And what about ICE? It appears everyone has forgotten what happened in the years before 2016 and during the first Trump term. It's not about what—it's about who. Current. And if the law is not on their side, lawyers certainly will be. The lawsuit, filed in Massachusetts on behalf of two immigrant women, seeks class-action status to represent people facing fines that lawyers say have totaled more than $6 billion under President Donald Trump's mass deportation policies. One wonders why they are not working in the Visa department , and who pays for all the legal advice? It looks almost like an organized task force to enforce the elite's dream. See Martha's Vineyard: it's acceptable to send migrants to the neighbors , and then commute them in ? However, it is now Brazilians, not Venezuelans.
Tariffs: The WTO is the global body meant to offer fair and free trade, yet autocratic China manipulates global trade with its subsidized industries and the EU taxes everything exported to their advantage. So why do the resisters oppose tariffs? To keep costs down, export American jobs, and remain competitive by engaging cheap immigrant labor for agriculture, food processing, and hospitality. Do the 4% unemployed not qualify for those jobs? There is no logic in their argument—only politics. Consider TPS and all the others on fake documents: a legal profession working both ends. Do we think illegals are handed a guidebook at entry?
Contextual Note: Fake documents aren't just about individuals—they tie into black-market economies, donor influence in advocacy groups pushing for reform, and the ethical question of how societies balance compassion with enforcement.

– Flows of influence from donors → advocacy groups → policy outcomes.
– Connections between advocacy, illicit trade networks, and fraud detection.
– Overlay of ethics and enforcement, showing how compassion and rule of law collide.
